Here are some photos from our wedding. I found the proof CD tonight and thought I'd share some since none of you, except erin, have seen these. My favorite is the one of my bestie crying! Scott and I have been married for two and a half years now. I can't believe it's been that long. Can you believe 2 out of the 2 1/2 yrs has been spent remodeling this house. We think now that if you can make it through a full remodel you can make it through ANYTHING! We are really looking forward to working bathrooms, flooring, etc.. Anywhoo. I just LOVE these pictures. I know it's so cliche, but this seriously was the best day of my life.
In the spirit of blogging and lists, here are some things about Scott that I love
1) He can imitate just about every accent on the planet really really well and shows me just how great he is weekly. Did I marry a CircleK attendent from Pakistan or a Dutch boy from Holland? (oh, he is Dutch, so that one was serious, but he's from Chicago, not Holland)
2)He is HI-LAR-E-OUS! I know everyone says this, but really the boy cracks me up. Just the other day he said how we should join the "Sons of Italy" club. It's like the American Legion but for Italians. I was like, but you're not Italian (details). He quickly responds that he is going to join under the name "Noodle Bertoli" This made me laugh for almost the whole day on and off.. and I'm still chuckling about it.
3)He's OBSESSED with the show South Park. He will manage to work it in to almost any convorsation. You could be having a convorsation about the financial state of Iceland and he'll somehow relate it to a south park episode.
4)He had the worst fashion sence when we first met. Scott had this pair of faded black 501's that were tapered and he wore them with his hiking boots when he would ride his motorcycle. All those clothes were phased out and now he's Mr. Fashion. He pretends like he's not and that he needs my help, but he's a card carring member of the "Banana" (shhh)
5)We are both HUGE music lovers. I thought I had an ecletic taste for music, but I met my match in him. together we have over 2,000 CD's.
6)Scott is really smart, no really really smart! He is book smart, street smart, computer smart, random trivia smart. You could ask him just about anything and he'll have an answer for you. This will come in handy when we have kids.
7)Scott thinks that all women should be wearing hi-heals 24/7. OK, so I'm exaggerating but he would love it if I wore spikey heals all the time. He's not one for subtle sexiness or comfort.
8)He loves Horror films. Especially B grade Horror films where there's no name actors and the blood and guts is so obviously fake. His mom used to take him to see horror films as a young kid and he loved it. Which is wierd if you knew his mom.
