So, being as though I have no kids and I feel I've exhausted the "remodel" topic and I refuse to blog about my cats... I'm creating a new topic. Ram Dass Fierce Grace
I almost have no words for this Movie... almost. I have have been in awh of this man since I first was introdued to him in 2005. So, the movie is about his life and his stroke and how he deals with life thereafter. He is the prime example of "peace is available NOW", not in 5 minuets when the laundry is finished, or when you lose 10 lbs. NOW. It's all a matter of realizing that you are already there. There is no where for you to go and there is nothing that you have to do, except simply understand this easy concept. Really, I'm not doing it justice! Any of you who know me, know that I could talk on this subject for hours. So... moving on..

No picture, only a website. We've been driving past this place constantly and always want to try it. So, Saturday night, we did. Scott's words "This is the best thing I have ever ingested" in regards to the Chocolate Mole cake. Let's start with dessert. This was seriously the BEST. Almost like a Mousse, but richer and with a bit of a bite at the end. Seriously chocolate! For an appetizer we had their cilantro mousse, so good and very unique. I had the Salmon Enchiladas and scott had the Carne Adobada. YUM! we switched half way through. If you're ever in "my neck of the woods" check this place out!

i love the new restaurant ideas. eric and i try out a new restaurant every other week or so. there's so much out there besides PF Chang's and Oregano's!!! Don't get me started, don't even get me started! There's going to be a little retail strip off old-town scottsdale that's going to be only independently-owned retail shops and restaurants. the first phase is done with a little cafe called foodbox. i heard it's really tasty and healthy.
Okay, so when do you have the "Favorite Things" show and give all your blogging buddies free stuff? I'll have to check out that chick....you can't go wrong if you got a little Tori Amos in ya!
