This is the stand by picture of Lindsay and meMy great friend Lindsay is 28 today. She's 28 on the 28th-her "Golden Birthday." Yeah, sorry for you who had your golden birthday when you were like 6. Here's my little birthday tribute to this great girl and some fun memories tagged along
1) We've been friends since we were about 5 or 6.
2)Once we made up a business and we named it L&K aka, Ellen K's. How clever of us huh?
3)She used to stick up for me when kids would make fun of me in elementary school
4)One time, our elementary school was irrigating a big ditch, so we changed into our best clothes and went swimming in sewage basically. Then we came home, smelling ripe, I'm sure and ate oranges and left the peels on the ground only to come back 20 minutes later to find the entire garage covered in ants. Good times.
5)She's someone who I can talk to about anything, she's a really good listener.
6) She can pep me up when I feel like crap
7) She's got great skin, even my cousin confirmed this, so you know it's true.
8)She has the cutest kid on the planet
9)She has the most packed social calendar I've ever seen
10) She cracks me up with her *over sharing* sometimes. It always makes me smile.
11) She's made the transition from phx to den a lot easier with her constant emails and phone calls. She's good at that even when I sometimes lack in that department.

Ellen K's.. haha! Happy Bday, Linds! Do you know how nice Lindsay is? She called me on her birthday to see how I was doing after my car accident. She is very thoughtful and a great friend!
And I thought I was the only one who swam in sewage! You and Lindsay have a special place in my heart now. :)

and jill...sewage is awesome and kate and i swam around in it forever. so gross. i have NEVER seen your mom so pissed katy. we should bring it up next time we see her and see if it still angers her. $50 says it does!!
