Scott has the same one but in grey.
I have a bell on my bike, and I ring it.
When I ride around town, people always say "cool bike" or "great bike" or "I love your bike"
I agree, it's great!
We ride everywhere. Especially in the spring, summer and fall. Not so much in the winter, but on days like yesterday when it was 70 degrees, we had to go out for a ride.
We rode to the same place we went to on Sunday (on our bikes) called St. Mark's Coffee. I've seen it a bunch of times. It's right next to what I've referred to on this blog as my "Colorado Sonoran." We met our new friends Anne & Mike there and Scott talked about how google was the devil and I was like ummmmmmmm, hey the weather's nice, look at that artwork, but he still talked about google and Obama. I love him.
Last night we had veggie paninis and I had a latte. My latte was reeeeally good. No Folgers, but reeeally good. In fact, probably the best latte I've ever had!
Then we rode home through City Park, hands cold and noses running.

I like it here. It's really feeling like home.
I feel like we fit in and that's important

I'm so glad you're starting to love your life as a Denver-ite. Chris would give anything to move there. I can't part with the warm weather in AZ & my family. I am also in love with that bike of yours!!! Where did you get it?
i'm really loving your bike too. yours in orange right? it's great. i'm jealous of your bike travels!!
it is definitely important to feel like you fit in. Colorado is beautiful. You get to go outside in April and October without hitting the low 100s. You've got hangouts. Looks like you're officially a "native"!
Yeah, jealousy is spewing from me too. It sounds so serene to ride your bike to a little coffee shop and meet people. Almost like college....
I so want to get a bike! I'm the only one in our family that doesn't have one (besides the baby in my belly). I found one that I wanted, it was a pink beach cruiser. Now I won't settle for anything different.
How much different is Denver from Aurora? I always heard Denver is perfect, but Ryan didn't like Aurora very much when he was there. Maybe it's just b/c it was the beginning of Jan. and everything was dead/cold/snowy. (R doesn't like cold.)
