Although I pretty much dispise working out, when I do, I feel great and it makes me happy. Lately I've been adding weight training to my workouts. Scott hired a personal trainer and he meets with her once a week. What ever he does with her, he then does with me. We've been focusing solely on core excersises. After I'm done I feel all powerful and strong and sweaty and great. I'm super hyper extremely sensitive to critism so when Scott and I used to workout in the early years of our relationship, it usually ended in an argument and the like.
"Straighten your back" Scott would say. "I AM straightening MY BACK" Ew, it was ugly. It's nice to be able to spend that time together again, getting healthy and breathing hard, sans argument.
Needless to say, working out, though sometimes dreadful, makes me happy.

It makes me happy too. I did a mat pilates class with my friend, Lindsey yesterday. It was so hard, but it was totally worth it. My core is so sore!
fun, fun. yea working out with your hubs has good and bad that go with it. i'm glad you guys are enjoying the "good" :)
Agh, I dont like excersizing...at least not on equipment. Wish I had more time to hike.
