"You try to make all the pieces fit, but what is missed is that there are no pieces at all. It is all One. The Oneness only appears as many because it has been cleaved into pieces by your effort and misunderstanding. Do not try to understand based upon your misapprehension of the truth. Merely abide in the simplicity prior to effort, and allow. The truth of Oneness—and the myth of your self—will be revealed."

Because I'm a sucker for a good quote, I'm starting Friday's quote of the week. I get sent 3 quotes a day from Scott, who gets those quotes sent to him by someone he knows. We're a "quote" family, if you will.
I found this one today reading through an online article from a teacher of mine. Marinate in this for a while, it's a good one.

Where did that super duper long post go? I was planning on setting about 3.5 hours aside this weekend and diving in. well crap-whatever will I do with that time now? :)
and...i'm very, very excited about this quote friday idea...yet another reason for me to love Friday!
I deleted that long post. I felt it was too much for my light hearted readers. I feel like I should make a philosophical blog or something. So that way if I turn people off, it's like, hey, this is my "deep thinking shit" and stuff. Yeah, I'm excited for quote friday too. I had to restrain myself from posting like 5 at one time
i'm feeling uninspired--where is our friday quote?
