This is the kind of yellow dress I want. Pretty & simple and not too fussy. I would wear it with red shoes or green or purple, and a cute necklace.

Now for the Mexican Casserole Recipe.
I don't actually have a recipe, but I'll try my best to relay the ingredients and what to do.
Disclaimer: This is NOT a health conscious meal, so don't try to make it be. Just own the fact that you are about to ingest something bad for you. Don't feel guilty, just enjoy it. Oh and this also has meat in it. I was thinking of substituting the ground beef for the tofu ground beef which is actually really really good, but I think my dad would have convulsions. So, for this meal only, I'm going to have meat, in a horrible-for-you-dish, and enjoy the heck out of it.
Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef
1 large can of refried beans
2-3 roma tomatoes
6 flour tortillas
butter
tortilla chips
1-2 small cans of chopped green chilis
hot sauce (I prefer hot sauce over salsa for this dish)
shredded cheese
5-6 tomatillos-if you like them.
1/2 taco seasoning packet.
Directions
Start cooking the ground beef, seasoning it as you go with salt and pepper to taste. I don't think I ever added one of those taco seasoning packets, but I'm sure it would taste good if you wanted to add that. I would only add 1/2 the packet though. While the G.B. cooks, start preparing the tortillas. Heat skillet and add small pat of butter, just enough to coat the bottom. Heat tortillas in butter, turn when they puff up. I like to do this, it adds the slight crisp that I like when making tortillas. Oh, and don't buy the mission tortillas, get the real ones. The ones that look like they came out of the back of a truck in mexico. Heat the beans in a sauce pan and add some cheese if you want. Get all 3 of these items cooked and just keep the meat and beans on the stove. Dice the tomatoes, open the green chilis and chop the tomatillos.
Layering
Use a large dish, what's the size ?13x9? Put 2 tortillas on the bottom, they will overlap a little in the middle. I like to tear some to really cover the bottom so there's no gaps.
Layer, tortillas, beans, THEN ground beef, then cheese. It's important to do this order, because if you do the meat, then the beans, the beans stick to the beef and then you have a spoon full of beans covered in ground beef, like an ice cream cone rolled in sprinkles. So, do that layering system until you're to the top, then put the tomatoes, green chilis and tomatillos. Break up hand fulls of tortilla chips on the top, cover with another layer of cheese and pop in the oven. Since everything is already cooked, you're more just heating the layers through and melting the cheese. I would bake it on 350 for maybe 15-20, until cheese is bubbling a bit.
Cut in squares, get the hot sauce out and enjoy.
This is seriously the best dish. I'm glad I have an excuse to make it again.

I think you ought to go for the purple shoes so you can bring out the 17 yr old within and show your high school spirit
sounds yummy. anything new on the dress search?
Yummy recipe! I'm going to have to make it, but try to modify it into a healthier version... mainly because Eric refuses to eat meat, and bad things happened to me the last time I ate real meat.
I wish I had the legs to pull off a dress like that.
I LOVE that dress! If you find one, let me know where to get it! That recipe sounds delicious! I didn't realize you live in CO. It is SO beautiful there! Hope you guys are doing great!
